Structurally, the Tourbillon is built upon an advanced carbon composite monocoque that integrates the battery pack directly into the chassis structure. Suspension components are 3D-printed in organic aluminum shapes designed by AI algorithms, reducing weight by 45% compared to conventional forged double-wishbone systems.
